One year limited warranty

What's covered, plainly

We administer this warranty ourselves. The claim is handled by the same hands that prepped your machine, not by a distributor.

Covered

  • The vehicle — 12 monthsThe whole machine, from delivery, for manufacturing defects under normal intended use. Battery, motor, controller, frame, electronics — all of it.
  • Charger — 6 monthsFor manufacturing defects only.
  • Transfers with the machineSell it within the period and the remaining coverage goes with it. The clock does not restart.
  • Remote help — always freeWe always try to solve it remotely first, at no cost.

Not covered

  • Normal wearTires, brake pads, and parts that wear by riding.
  • Competition useRacing and organised competition are excluded.
  • Crashes and impactsDamage from an accident or a fall.
  • Water damageThese are not designed to be submerged or pressure-washed.
  • Failures a modification causedA modification does not void the whole warranty — only coverage for the failure it caused or materially contributed to.
  • Misuse and improper maintenanceDamage caused by how the machine was used or maintained.

If it's a manufacturing defect, we cover the transport

We always try to fix it remotely first — that costs you nothing. If the machine needs to be looked at, a physical inspection is a $99 diagnostic fee, and it is waived when the failure turns out to be a covered defect: you never pay to diagnose a genuine manufacturing fault, and covered transport is on us. If the inspection shows the failure is not covered, the $99 and the transport are yours, and we quote the repair before touching anything. The remedy for a covered defect — repair, replacement part, replacement unit or, where appropriate, a refund — is determined by us based on the nature and severity of the defect. Work done elsewhere is never reimbursed without our prior written authorization.

Custom finishes

Powder coating keeps your warranty

A bike we repaint is still a brand new bike. Choosing a custom finish does not reduce or void the coverage above.
