It is common in this industry for a seller to hand the bike to a carrier and consider the job done — if it arrives damaged, that becomes your problem to chase. We don't work that way. Every bike we ship is insured for its full value, and if it arrives damaged, you talk to us.

Add a bike to your cart and enter your address: the exact freight to your door shows up before you pay. Custom and already-assembled units are the exception — for those we confirm it with you first.
