Why the insurance matters

It is common in this industry for a seller to hand the bike to a carrier and consider the job done — if it arrives damaged, that becomes your problem to chase. We don't work that way. Every bike we ship is insured for its full value, and if it arrives damaged, you talk to us.

What it costs

Batteries ship separately

Loose lithium batteries are subject to carrier restrictions. Ask us before ordering one on its own.

Inspect before you sign

Check the crate on arrival. If you see damage, note it before signing and call us right away.

Cash in person

On pickup and local delivery you can pay in cash — arranged when we set your appointment.
