Read this before you buy, not after. Last updated September 1, 2026.
Final once dispatched — cancellable before
Until your machine is dispatched, you can cancel under the staged fees below. Once it has been dispatched or delivered, the sale is final: no trial period and no general right of return. This applies to every motorcycle, every color and every finish.
Why it works this way
We would rather tell you this on the way in than bury it in a policy you read on the way out.
A used off-highway motorcycle is not resellable as new. A seller who advertises free returns on a machine like this is either charging everyone extra to cover it, or planning to keep a large part of your money through fees you find out about later. We would rather not do either.
What we do instead is spend the effort before the sale, so a return never becomes the thing you need.
What we do before you pay
We talk to you first. Nobody gets a machine from us without a conversation about where you ride and what you have ridden before. If we think you are about to buy the wrong one, we say so — including when the honest answer is that neither of ours fits you.
You can come and see it. By appointment, in the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area. You inspect the actual unit, sit on it, ask anything, and take it the same day if you want it.
We tell you what it does and does not do. Every figure we publish names the source it came from, and we will check any of them against the actual machine on request. Compare both machines side by side.
Cancelling before dispatch — the exact numbers
Your refund is always what you paid, minus the costs we genuinely cannot recover, minus a fixed stage fee. The non-recoverable costs are real, verified amounts — payment processing we cannot get back and third-party costs already incurred — never an estimate or a percentage of the price.
- Before payment: nothing. Walk away, no fee.
- Paid, preparation not started: non-recoverable costs + $75 administrative fee.
- Preparation started (inspection, assembly, packaging or other order-specific work): non-recoverable costs + $150.
- Carrier or delivery booked: non-recoverable costs + the carrier cost actually incurred + $200.
- Dispatched or delivered: no standard cancellation — see above.
If we exceptionally agree to take a machine back after dispatch — a discretionary decision, not a right — it carries a 15% restocking charge plus the actual outbound and return freight and any other cost we cannot recover, and the machine must meet the condition we agree for that return.

For units still in import, nothing changes hands until they arrive and are inspected. We take no payment and no deposit for them.
Damage in transit is a different thing entirely
Final sale does not mean you carry the risk of shipping. Every machine we send is insured for its full value, and we handle the carrier claim.
What you have to do, and it matters: record a video and take photos of the crate before you sign for it, and tell us the same day you receive it if anything is wrong. If you sign without documenting it, the carrier is no longer liable and neither are we.
A fault is not a return, it is a warranty claim
If something on the machine fails, that is covered separately and it does not go through this policy. The whole vehicle carries twelve months from delivery; the charger carries six.
Questions before you commit
If anything here worries you, ask before you buy rather than after. We answer, and we would rather lose a sale than argue about one later.
This policy is offered by JR IMPORT LLC and applies to purchases made directly from us. It does not affect any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
