Terms of sale

Every sale is made by JR IMPORT LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Peak Power E-Motos, operating from the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area.

We are an independent specialist. We are not a dealer for, agent of, or affiliated with the manufacturer or its official U.S. distributor, and we do not sell on their behalf.

We sell off-highway electric motorcycles for recreational use. They are not street legal and are not sold for use on public roads. Where and how you may ride is governed by your local rules, and confirming that is your responsibility.

Protective equipment is not included with any machine.

Every price on this site is shown before tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown to you before you pay. Florida law also requires a $1 new-tire fee per tire on vehicles delivered in Florida; it appears as its own line.

A price is valid when we confirm it with you. Prices published here may change, and a listing does not by itself create a contract until we have confirmed your order.

We confirm the exact unit, color and finish with you before any money changes hands.

We speak with you before anything ships. No machine leaves us without a conversation with the buyer. If the billing and delivery addresses do not match, we will call before we dispatch. This protects both of us, and it is not negotiable.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example when a unit is no longer available, when a price was published in error, or when we cannot verify the buyer. If we do, you are refunded in full.

You can pay directly on this site by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. For orders we arrange by phone we issue an invoice that you pay yourself, which also accepts bank transfer (ACH). Cash is welcome in person and on local delivery, arranged with us when we set your appointment.

We do not accept card details given verbally or in writing. Card payments are entered by you on the processor's own page and authenticated with your bank. Payment must clear in full before a unit is handed over; bank transfers are not treated as received until settled.

We never ask for payment through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or gift cards, and we never send payment instructions by text from an unknown number. If you receive a message like that claiming to be us, it is not us — call 941-289-9846 and check.

In person across Florida. Free under 200 miles from Bradenton, $100 at 200 or more. We hand it over ourselves, assembled and checked.

Pickup by appointment. You can choose pickup at checkout and collect your machine at our Bradenton-area showroom — free, inspected together, same day. Because the handover happens in Florida, Florida sales tax applies to pickup orders regardless of where you live. The exact address is shared when we set your appointment.

Anywhere else in the U.S. Shipped through a transport carrier, insured for the full value of the machine. Cost depends on your destination and is confirmed with you before you pay.

Outside Florida the machine ships crated, with assembly instructions. Inside Florida we deliver it assembled and ready to ride.

Timing. Once your machine is ready, carriers typically schedule pickup within 2 to 5 days and deliver within 1 to 10 business days after that, longer for coast-to-coast routes. Weekends and holidays are not transit days. These are the carrier's own figures and are an estimate, not a guaranteed date — we confirm your window with you before you pay. How delivery works

Record a video and take photos of the crate before you sign for it, and tell us the same day if anything is wrong. Signing for a delivery without documenting its condition releases the carrier from liability for transit damage, and once that happens we cannot recover it either.

Do that, and any transit damage is our problem to handle. We file the carrier claim and keep you informed from start to finish.

Before dispatch you can cancel. The refund is what you paid minus the costs we genuinely cannot recover — payment-processing costs and any third-party costs actually incurred — plus a fixed fee for the stage your order reached: $75 if paid but preparation has not started, $150 once order-specific preparation has begun, $200 once a carrier or delivery is booked. Before payment, cancelling costs nothing.

Once dispatched or delivered, the sale is final. We do not take the machine back and we do not refund it — except for a covered defect, transit damage, an error on our side, or where the law says otherwise. If we exceptionally agree to a return after dispatch, it carries a 15% restocking charge plus the actual outbound and return freight; that is a discretionary exception, not a right.

Twelve months on the vehicle from delivery, for manufacturing defects under normal intended use. Six months on the charger. If you sell the machine within that period, the remaining coverage transfers with it — the clock does not restart.

Where a covered defect is confirmed, we decide the appropriate remedy — remote fix, repair, replacement part, replacement unit or, where appropriate, a refund — based on the nature and severity of the defect. Normal wear, crashes, water damage, competition use and misuse are excluded. A modification does not void the whole warranty: coverage is refused only for a failure the modification caused or materially contributed to.

Remote troubleshooting is always free. A physical inspection has a $99 diagnostic fee that is waived when the failure turns out to be a covered defect — and covered transport is on us. Full warranty detail

Figures we publish name the source they came from, and we will check any of them against the actual machine on request, before you decide. Manufacturer figures are measured under their own conditions and real-world results vary with rider weight, terrain and riding mode.

Product photography shows the exact model and color. It is not a photograph of your individual unit unless we say so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Nothing here removes a right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
