Terms of sale

What you are agreeing to when you buy from us. Last updated August 12, 2026.

Who you are buying from

Every sale is made by JR IMPORT LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Peak Power E-Motos, operating from the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area.

We are an independent specialist. We are not a dealer for, agent of, or affiliated with the manufacturer or its official U.S. distributor, and we do not sell on their behalf.

What we sell

We sell off-highway electric motorcycles for recreational use. They are not street legal and are not sold for use on public roads. Where and how you may ride is governed by your local rules, and confirming that is your responsibility.

Protective equipment is not included with any machine.

Prices and tax

Every price on this site is shown before tax. Applicable sales tax is added on top and calculated from your delivery address.

A price is valid when we confirm it with you. Prices published here may change, and a listing does not by itself create a contract until we have confirmed your order.

How an order is confirmed

We confirm the exact unit, color and finish with you before any money changes hands.

We speak with you before anything ships. No machine leaves us without a conversation with the buyer. If the billing and delivery addresses do not match, we will call before we dispatch. This protects both of us, and it is not negotiable.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example when a unit is no longer available, when a price was published in error, or when we cannot verify the buyer. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Payment

Cash is welcome on local delivery and at pickup. Bank transfer is accepted for orders shipped outside our delivery area.

We never ask for payment through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or gift cards, and we never send payment instructions by text from an unknown number. If you receive a message like that claiming to be us, it is not us — call 941-289-9846 and check.

Delivery, collection and shipping

In person across Florida. Free within 200 miles of Bradenton, $100 beyond that. We hand it over ourselves, assembled and checked.

Collection by appointment. You can pick it up from us instead. You inspect the unit and take it the same day.

Anywhere else in the U.S. Shipped through a transport carrier, insured for the full value of the machine. Cost depends on your destination and is confirmed with you before you pay.

Machines ship crated by default. If you want it delivered assembled and ready to ride, that is $50 and adds one day of preparation.

Timing. Once your machine is ready, carriers typically schedule pickup within 2 to 5 days and deliver within 1 to 10 business days after that, longer for coast-to-coast routes. Weekends and holidays are not transit days. These are the carrier's own figures and are an estimate, not a guaranteed date — we confirm your window with you before you pay. How delivery works

When your machine arrives

Record a video and take photos of the crate before you sign for it, and tell us the same day if anything is wrong. Signing for a delivery without documenting its condition releases the carrier from liability for transit damage, and once that happens we cannot recover it either.

Do that, and any transit damage is our problem to handle. We file the carrier claim and keep you informed from start to finish.

Returns

All sales are final. Once a machine has been delivered or collected, we do not take it back and we do not refund it.

We would rather say that plainly up front than advertise a return window and take it back through fees. Why it works this way, and what we do instead

Warranty

Twelve months from delivery on the battery, motor and controller. Six months on the charger, for manufacturing defects only. The coverage stays with the machine if you sell it within that period.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we replace the affected part or unit. Competition use is excluded, as is damage from crashes, water and modifications.

To make a claim, call or email us and send a detailed video of the fault. If the inspection shows the failure is not a manufacturing defect, transport costs are the owner's. Full warranty detail

Specifications and images

Figures we publish name the source they came from, and we will check any of them against the actual machine on request, before you decide. Manufacturer figures are measured under their own conditions and real-world results vary with rider weight, terrain and riding mode.

Product photography shows the exact model and color. It is not a photograph of your individual unit unless we say so.

If something goes wrong between us

Call us first. Most of what turns into a dispute elsewhere is a five minute conversation here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Nothing here removes a right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
