FAQ
Straight answers
The questions buyers actually ask — including the ones most sellers would rather not answer.
Buying
How does buying actually work?
It's a conversation, not a checkout. You call, WhatsApp or send the form; we talk about what you need and confirm availability; then we arrange payment and delivery — or you pick it up at the showroom yourself. A purchase this size deserves five minutes on the phone — that's also how we keep fraud away from both sides.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash — on local delivery or when you pick up at our showroom — and bank transfer (ACH) for national sales. We'll walk you through the options when we talk.
One thing to know: we never ask for payment through Zelle, Venmo or CashApp. If someone does in our name, it is not us — hang up and call the number on this site.
Can I see a bike before buying?
Yes. Private showroom in the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area, by appointment — message us and we'll set a time. Sit on it, ask anything, decide with the actual unit in front of you.
Do you offer financing?
Not yet. Payment is cash or bank transfer for now. If financing is something you need, tell us anyway — knowing the demand is how it ends up existing.
Can I reserve one of the 2026 Ultra Bees?
We take no payments and no deposits for units that haven't landed — full stop. Ten 2026 Ultra Bees arrive around September 25. Join the waitlist and we'll contact you first when they're here, inspected and verified. Paying up front for something in transit protects the seller, not you; we'd rather do it right.
Delivery & shipping
How does delivery work in Florida?
We deliver anywhere in Florida in person, with the bike assembled, checked and ready to ride. Free within 200 miles of Bradenton, $100 beyond that. You're not unboxing a crate and torquing bolts; you're riding the day it arrives.
Do you ship nationwide? What does it cost?
Yes. Shipping runs $200–$500 depending on your state, and every shipment is insured for the full value of the bike. Plenty of sellers wash their hands the moment the box leaves their dock. If damage occurs in transit we handle the carrier claim and keep you informed from start to finish.
Local deliveries arrive assembled. For national shipping we'll confirm packaging and transit time when we quote your state.
Can I pick up the bike myself?
Absolutely. Private showroom in the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area, by appointment — inspect your exact unit, pay in cash if you prefer, and take it home the same day, assembled and checked.
Can you ship a spare battery on its own?
Lithium batteries have strict carrier restrictions, so it depends on the destination. Contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get one to you and how.
Warranty & service
What does the warranty cover?
One year on the battery, motor and controller, administered directly by us under our written terms — not by the manufacturer or its U.S. distributor. If a failure is a manufacturing defect, we cover the transport too.
It doesn't cover crashes, water damage or misuse. Fair is fair in both directions.
What is the powder coating service?
Any color from the full Prismatic Powders catalog, coated in our own shop. On a new bike it's +$500 on top of the price. On a bike you already own: $700 bringing it whole (teardown and reassembly included), or from $400 if you bring it disassembled. Typical turnaround is one week.
Does powder coating void the warranty?
No. A bike we coat keeps its full one-year warranty, untouched. It's done in our shop, so there's no finger-pointing between a painter and a warranty desk — both are us.
