Surron Buying, Shipping & Warranty FAQ

Two ways, and you choose. You can buy right here: add the bike to your cart, tell us where it goes, and pay by card. Or you can call, WhatsApp or send the form, and we arrange it together. Either way we speak with you before anything ships — a purchase this size deserves five minutes on the phone, and it is also how we keep fraud away from both sides.

Checkout on this site takes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. If you would rather we arrange it, we send you a secure invoice after we talk, and that one also accepts bank transfer (ACH). Cash is welcome in person and on local delivery.

We never take your card number over the phone or by message. You always enter your own details on the payment page, and your bank verifies it. That protects you from us — and us from someone pretending to be you.

One more thing: we never ask for payment through Zelle, Venmo or CashApp. If someone does in our name, it is not us — hang up and call the number on this site.

Yes. Private showroom in the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area, by appointment — message us and we'll set a time. Sit on it, ask anything, decide with the actual unit in front of you.

We're adding pay-over-time options, and what's available depends on the amount and on the provider's own approval — so we'd rather tell you on the phone what applies to your purchase than promise something here that turns out not to. Ask when we talk. If the answer is no for your case, we'll say so plainly.

We take no payments and no deposits for units that haven't landed — full stop. Ten 2026 Ultra Bees arrive around September 25. Join the waitlist and we'll contact you first when they're here, inspected and verified. Paying up front for something in transit protects the seller, not you; we'd rather do it right.

We deliver anywhere in Florida in person, with the bike assembled, checked and ready to ride. Free under 200 miles from Bradenton, $100 at 200 or more. You're not unboxing a crate and torquing bolts; you're riding the day it arrives.

Yes. Add the bike to your cart and enter your address: the exact freight shows up before you pay. Parts ship at a flat rate — $80 a battery, $35 a seat, $90 a wheel set. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the bike. Plenty of sellers wash their hands the moment the box leaves their dock. If damage occurs in transit we handle the carrier claim and keep you informed from start to finish.

Local deliveries arrive assembled. For national shipping we'll confirm packaging and transit time when we quote your state.

Yes — choose pickup at checkout. It's free: we set an appointment at our Lorraine, Bradenton, FL-area showroom, you inspect your exact unit and take it home the same day, assembled and checked. Florida sales tax applies to pickup orders, because the handover happens here in Florida. Prefer to see it before paying? Come visit first — also by appointment.

Yes. We've shipped batteries on their own before — they travel packed and insured, the same as a bike. Tell us where it's going and we'll quote it.

One year on the battery, motor and controller, administered directly by us under our written terms — not by the manufacturer or its U.S. distributor. If a failure is a manufacturing defect, we cover the transport too.

It doesn't cover crashes, water damage or misuse. Fair is fair in both directions.

Don't leave it charging overnight, don't run it below 25–30%, stick to the original charger, and let the pack cool down after a hard ride before plugging in. Storing it for a few weeks? Leave it around half charge. These are recommendations, not warranty conditions — the full list is on the battery page.

Any color from the full Prismatic Powders catalog, coated in our own shop. On a new bike it's +$500 on top of the price. On a bike you already own: $700 bringing it whole (teardown and reassembly included), or from $400 if you bring it disassembled. Typical turnaround is one week.

No. A bike we coat keeps its full one-year warranty, untouched. It's done in our shop, so there's no finger-pointing between a painter and a warranty desk — both are us.
