This website is operated by JR IMPORT LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Peak Power E-Motos, based in the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area.

We do not require an account and we do not sell anything through this site. The only information we collect is what you type into a contact form:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• Your message, and which bike you were looking at

Along with that, our server records your browser's user agent and a one-way hash of your IP address — a scrambled value we cannot reverse into your actual IP. We use it only to spot repeated or automated submissions. Your IP address itself is never stored.

To answer you. That is the whole purpose. We use your details to reply to your enquiry, quote shipping to your area, and follow up about a bike you asked about.

We do not send marketing campaigns or newsletters, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers or other sellers.

Two service providers process it strictly on our behalf, and nothing more:

• Supabase — stores the enquiry in our database.
• Resend — delivers the notification email to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud against us or against a buyer.

As of August 11, 2026, this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking pixel on it.

If we add analytics later, we will update this page on the same day and say exactly what is being measured.

We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them to serve you — a warranty question two years after a sale is a normal thing, and having the original conversation helps.

If you would rather we delete yours, email us and we will remove it and confirm when it is done.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@peakpoweremotos.com and we will handle it ourselves — there is no ticket queue here.

These are high-performance off-highway vehicles and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information.
