This website is operated by JR IMPORT LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Peak Power E-Motos, based in the Lorraine, Bradenton, FL area.

You can buy directly on this site, and you can also just send us a message. We never require an account. What we collect depends on which of the two you do.

If you send an enquiry, only what you type into the form:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• Your message, and which bike you were looking at

If you buy or ask for a shipping quote, we also need the delivery address, so we can measure the driving distance and apply the right rate — plus what you ordered and, once paid, the order itself. We never see or store your card number.

Along with that, our server records your browser's user agent and a one-way hash of your IP address — a scrambled value we cannot reverse into your actual IP. We use it only to spot repeated or automated submissions. Your IP address itself is never stored.

To answer you. That is the whole purpose. We use your details to reply to your enquiry, quote shipping to your area, and follow up about a bike you asked about.

We do not send marketing campaigns or newsletters, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

If you leave a review, we publish it only after reading it, and only with your permission. On the site we show your rating, your text, your photo if you add one, your first name, your last initial and your city and state. We never show your email.

Photos are re-saved before they are stored, which removes hidden data such as the location where the picture was taken. Ask us at any time and we take your review down.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers or other sellers.

These service providers process it strictly on our behalf, and nothing more:

• Supabase — stores your enquiry or order in our database.
• Stripe — takes the payment. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe also receives your name, email, phone and billing address, which it needs to charge the card and to screen for fraud.
• Resend — delivers notification email.
• Google — measures the driving distance to your delivery address, which is what sets your delivery rate. Google receives the address you type, and nothing else about you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud against us or against a buyer.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic: which pages get visited, from which kind of device and from which region. It sets its own cookies.

We ask Google to anonymise your IP address before it is processed, so the measurement tells us the area you came from, never the address. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not build profiles, and we do not use any of it to target you.

You can block it with any tracker blocker or by using your browser's “do not track” setting; nothing on this site depends on it working.

We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them to serve you — a warranty question two years after a sale is a normal thing, and having the original conversation helps.

If you would rather we delete yours, email us and we will remove it and confirm when it is done.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@peakpoweremotos.com and we will handle it ourselves — there is no ticket queue here.

These are high-performance off-highway vehicles and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information.
