How do I actually buy this bike?

You don't yet. These units are still in import, so we take no payment and no deposit until they land and we inspect them. Join the waitlist above and we contact you before anyone else.

Does it arrive assembled?

Yes. We build it, set it up and check it before it reaches you — no crate, no assembly instructions, no missing bolts. That is the whole difference between us and buying one online from a warehouse.

Can I come see it before deciding?

Yes, by appointment at our showroom in the Bradenton–Sarasota area. You inspect the actual unit and can take it the same day. Book a viewing.

What does the warranty cover?

We handle warranty support directly instead of sending you to a manufacturer's claims desk. What the warranty covers.

Can I have it in a different color?

Yes — we powder coat in our own shop, in any color from the full Prismatic Powders catalog, and the warranty stays intact. Typical turnaround is one week. See the finishes.

What if I need service later?

Call or text 941-289-9846. You will be dealing with whoever prepped your machine, not a call center.
